Start up is a 3 month commitment to your health billed monthly, ACH is required for memberships.
⭐️First month requires a one-time joining fee of $75 which covers you/your entire family exams and membership setup (current patients exempt).
⭐️Extended visits are a $30 add-on for members
⭐️Additional visits are $30
*Membership at Endurance chiropractic is NOT a pre-paid visit plan. The patient is paying for access to the clinic, if that time is not used, it will not be credited to future months (much like a gym or other health membership).
*In the event an expanded visit is needed, you will not be permitted to use 2 weeks worth of time to cover the visit, the $25 add-on fee will be collected.
